Your prompt for today is to engage in a loving-kindness meditation practice. Find a comfortable and quiet space where you can sit or lie down. Close your eyes and take a few deep breaths, allowing yourself to relax and settle into the present moment.

Begin by directing loving-kindness towards yourself. Repeat silently or aloud, "May I be happy, may I be healthy, may I be safe, may I live with ease." Allow these phrases to resonate within you, feeling the warmth and kindness flowing towards yourself. Embrace the love and compassion you have for yourself, acknowledging your worthiness of happiness and well-being.

Next, extend loving-kindness towards someone you care about—a loved one, a friend, or a mentor. Repeat the phrases, "May you be happy, may you be healthy, may you be safe, may you live with ease," imagining the person in your mind's eye and genuinely wishing them well. Allow the feelings of love and connection to permeate your being.

Now, broaden your loving-kindness to include all beings. Repeat the phrases, "May all beings be happy, may all beings be healthy, may all beings be safe, may all beings live with ease."
